Nenbase Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective September 23, 2026. This policy is part of the Nenbase Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Nenbase. Nenbase is operated by Info Ops LLC · support@nenbase.ai.

Nenbase gives you tools to contact people — calling, texting, emailing, recording calls, and automations that do those things for you. Those tools are powerful, and most of the rules below exist because a misuse of them lands on your contacts, on other Nenbase customers who share the same carriers and sending reputation, and on us.

1. Things you must not do

  • Send spam, or any message the recipient has not agreed to receive where the law requires their agreement.

  • Contact people who have opted out, asked you to stop, or are on a do-not-call list you are required to honor.

  • Misrepresent who you are, who is sending a message, or what a message is about; use a sender identity, phone number or domain you are not entitled to use.

  • Collect, store or use personal information without the right to do so, or in ways your contacts would not reasonably expect.

  • Record a call without giving the notice, or obtaining the consent, that the law requires where you and the other participant are.

  • Put highly sensitive information — payment card numbers, bank credentials, government identification numbers, health records, biometric data, information about children — into Nenbase unless a feature is specifically designed for it.

  • Harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone; run pyramid schemes, advance-fee scams, or any business that is illegal where you or your contacts are.

  • Upload malicious code; probe, scan, overload or disrupt Nenbase or any account that is not yours; attempt to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorized to access; circumvent rate limits, consent controls, opt-outs, access controls or country restrictions.

  • Use Nenbase’s phone features to call emergency services, or to make automated or robocalls where they are prohibited.

  • Resell, sublicense or share your Nenbase access outside your business, or share one login between several people.

  • Use Nenbase, or content obtained through it, to build a competing product, or scrape or copy the service.

2. Messaging and calling rules

Consent. Before you text or robocall someone for marketing, you need the consent the law requires — in the United States, prior express written consent for automated marketing texts. Consent for one business does not carry over to another, and importing a list does not transfer the consent the previous owner had. Keep evidence of every consent you rely on: what the person was shown, what they did, when, and where.

Identification and opt-out. Identify your business in your messages, honor stop requests immediately, keep your opt-out working on every channel you use, and respect the calling hours that apply where your contacts are.

Carrier registration. Before sending, complete the registration or verification required for your number type and provider (for example, A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration for US local numbers or toll-free verification), describe your use case honestly, and keep your sending consistent with what you registered. Carriers can reject, suspend or fine campaigns that do not match their registration; those consequences pass to you.

Recording. The Nenbase dialer records calls. You choose the recording notice played on your calls, and you are responsible for it satisfying the law where you and your contacts are; some states and countries require every participant’s consent. Do not describe recording as off when it is on. Keep recordings restricted to the people who need them, and delete recordings you no longer need.

Email. Send only to people who expect to hear from you, include an unsubscribe link and your business identity in marketing email, and honor unsubscribes at once. Sending domains you connect must be yours.

3. Automations

An automation (“nen”) acts on your instruction every time it runs. Review what an automation will send, move or change before you turn it on, and turn it off if it starts doing something you did not intend. You are responsible for its actions as if you had taken them by hand.

4. What we do about violations

If we believe an account is breaching this policy, we may pause the affected feature (for example messaging or calling), ask you for consent records, remove content, or suspend or terminate the account, depending on the seriousness of the problem. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. We act without notice when a carrier or regulator requires it, when other customers are at risk, or when the conduct is clearly unlawful. Fees for usage already consumed remain payable.

5. Reporting abuse and copyright complaints

To report abuse of Nenbase — spam or unwanted calls from a Nenbase number, a phishing page, or content that infringes your copyright — email support@nenbase.ai with the details (the number or address involved, the date and time, and a copy of what you received). For a copyright complaint, include a description of the work, where the infringing material is, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We act on valid complaints promptly and keep a record of each one.
