Nenbase Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective September 26, 2026. This policy is part of the Nenbase Terms of Service. Nenbase is operated by Info Ops LLC, 3217 E Carson St PMB 1011, Lakewood, CA 90712, United States · support@nenbase.ai.
The short version
All payments are final. We do not give refunds — for subscription fees, wallet top-ups, usage or phone numbers — except where the law requires one, or in the two situations listed at the bottom of this page.
You are told before every charge. We email you about seven days before each subscription renewal and each phone-number renewal, and you receive a receipt after every payment. Cancel before a renewal and you will not be charged for it.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten what you have already paid for. Your account keeps working until the end of the current 30-day period.
Your data is kept for 90 days after a cancellation takes effect, so you can come back. After that it is deleted for good.
Subscriptions
How billing works. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days according to the confirmed subscription schedule shown in Billing (our checkout provider, Whop, labels this “per month”). The price is the one shown at checkout or, for customers on an earlier price, the price agreed at the time. Your renewal date and amount are shown in the Billing area of the app.
Renewal reminders. We email your account’s main administrator about seven days before each renewal, and a receipt after each payment. Make sure that email address is current.
No trial. Nenbase does not offer a free trial. Your first payment is a full subscription payment.
How to cancel
Sign in to Nenbase and open Billing.
Choose Cancel subscription (at the bottom of the page, next to account deletion).
You will be offered a paid pause instead (see below), shown what happens to your data, and asked to confirm by typing your account name.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 30-day period you have already paid for. Until then everything keeps working and nothing more is charged. We confirm the cancellation by email. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can keep the subscription from the same Billing page and nothing changes.
If your subscription was set up before September 2026 through a different billing provider and you do not see a cancel button, email support@nenbase.ai from your admin email and we will cancel it for you with the same effect.
Paid pause — USD 47 every 30 days
If you want a break without losing your data, you can pause instead of cancelling.
The pause starts when your current paid period ends; choosing it does not charge you anything extra straight away. Your payment method is set up for the pause payments, and the first USD 47 is charged when the pause begins.
While paused, your data is kept and your Billing page stays available, but the account itself is closed: forms, tracking, calling, messaging and automations stop, and your team cannot work in it until you resume.
Phone numbers are kept only while their rental is paid from your wallet. The USD 47 does not include them.
You can end the pause at any time. It stops at the end of the paid pause period, and the 90-day retention period below then starts.
To return to full service, first resolve any outstanding payment, then buy a new subscription from the Billing area. You keep the price you were paying before. The pause ends when the new subscription starts; you are not charged for both.
After a cancellation takes effect
Your account’s operations stop and its phone numbers are released to the carrier (see below).
Your data is kept for 90 days from the day the cancellation took effect.
To come back within those 90 days after a voluntary cancellation with no outstanding payment, buy a new subscription from the Billing area; your data is reconnected to it. If cancellation followed a failed payment, resolve that payment through Whop or contact support before starting another subscription.
When the 90 days are over, the account’s data is permanently deleted. We cannot recover it, and a later subscription starts from scratch.
The 90 days are a data-retention period, not extra paid access.
Deleting your account
You can delete an account from the Billing area, either immediately or on a scheduled date. A scheduled deletion can be undone for seven days; undoing it does not restart a cancelled subscription or bring back released phone numbers. Deletion stops billing at once, releases phone numbers and permanently removes the account’s data. Any remaining subscription time or wallet balance is forfeited.
If a payment fails
If a subscription renewal fails, Whop handles the retries. Nenbase emails your account’s main administrator about the failure, the confirmed recovery deadline, and verified recovery. Once the account’s billing owner has accepted the revised five-day recovery policy, new failures receive five elapsed days from the first failure, honoring any later already-paid period. Previously confirmed recovery deadlines are preserved. Complete the overdue payment on the existing Whop subscription; changing a card alone is not payment. If it remains unpaid at the confirmed deadline shown in Billing, we restrict the account and release phone numbers; the 90-day retention period then applies. If Whop cannot recover the payment, contact support before starting a replacement subscription. A replacement purchase does not by itself settle the previous balance. The confirmed provider billing schedule controls renewal dates; Nenbase does not add free days or reset the schedule merely because a payment is late.
Wallet, usage and phone numbers
Wallet. Calls, texts, email sending, phone-number rental and carrier registration fees are paid from a prepaid wallet, topped up by card through Stripe. A card-processing fee is added to each top-up and shown before you pay (for example, USD 50 of credit costs USD 51.80). Wallet credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account or person, and is not refundable, including any balance left when an account is cancelled, deleted or purged. If you turn on automatic recharge, the amount and fee you agreed to are charged whenever your balance falls below the level you set; you can turn it off at any time in the app.
Usage. Telephony is charged at the cost our carrier charges us, email at a per-message rate, and A2P carrier-registration fees at cost. Current rates are shown in the app before you buy. Usage that has been consumed is not refundable. Provider corrections that arrive after the fact (our carrier reports usage with a delay of about two days) are reconciled against your wallet automatically.
Phone numbers. Number rental is charged from your wallet at the start of each rental period. We warn you in the app and by email seven days before a renewal; if the wallet cannot cover it, the number is released at renewal. Numbers are also released when a cancellation or deletion takes effect, or when a failed subscription payment is not resolved within the confirmed payment recovery period. A released number goes back to the carrier and may be assigned to someone else; we cannot promise to get it back. If you need to keep a number, contact support@nenbase.ai before your cancellation takes effect.
The only refunds we make
Where the law requires it. Some countries and states give buyers rights that cannot be waived. Where such a right applies to you, we honor it.
If we end your subscription without cause, or shut Nenbase down. If we terminate your account other than for a breach of our Terms, or discontinue the service, we refund the unused part of the subscription period you have already paid for.
We also correct genuine billing errors — for example a duplicate charge — as soon as you tell us. Email support@nenbase.ai with the receipt and what went wrong.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback on a charge that was validly made may lead us to suspend the account until it is resolved.
