Nenbase is a CRM for managing contacts, sales conversations, forms and business automations. It is operated by Info Ops LLC.
Your email, alongside your contacts
Connect your Gmail account to write one-to-one emails from Nenbase and see replies in the same contact conversation. Each message shows the address it was sent from. You can also use your business account’s configured email sender.
What you allow
Your Google identity and email address identify your connected mailbox. Send permission lets Nenbase send the emails you compose.
Read permission lets Nenbase synchronize reply content and headers. Google grants mailbox-wide read access; Nenbase imports only related one-to-one conversations started in Nenbase, excluding unrelated conversations and attachments.
Built for your account’s conversations
Imported messages are stored in your selected Nenbase account and can be accessed by its authorized team members and account-authorized integrations. Personal Gmail is used for direct conversations. Campaigns and automated sequences use the business account’s email provider.
You control the connection
You can disconnect your mailbox in Nenbase. Disconnecting removes stored mailbox credentials and stops future synchronization; existing CRM conversation history remains. Our Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion and Google data use.
